Who is Dr. Brett Crawford

Dr. Brett Crawford was born, raised and educated in Fremont, Michigan, USA. One of three boys, Brett was a curious and active young man. Brett visited the local chiropractor from an early age and this exposure made a big impact. Brett eventually began working as a chiropractic assistant.

“I love my job because I get to help people every single day and meet awesome patients from all walks of life.” - Dr Brett Crawford

Brett would repeatedly see people enter the office in pain and discomfort and leave with improved posture and a smile on their face. After spending time learning and working in this healing environment, Brett knew it was what he wanted to do as a profession.

Education and destination Australia.

Dr. Crawford spent 7 years in Iowa, first completing his Bachelor of Science degree and then a Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic; the fountainhead of Chiropractic study. Becoming a certified MINDD Practitioner was the beginning of Brett’s health journey.

Dr. Crawford is currently studying to become a certified functional medicine practitioner.

Alongside his studies, Brett was given a unique opportunity to do missionary work in Fiji. While in Fiji he worked under the supervision of a Doctor with a chiropractic clinic in Tasmania, Australia. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Meet Jane and the Kids

After taking the leap and moving to Tasmania to work as a chiropractor, Brett met Jane. Within 6 months of meeting and a long distance relationship (Jane was living in the UK at the time) they decided to tie the knot.

Jane and Brett have been blessed with three kids; Grace, Harrison, and Max.

After Grace was born, Jane realised she wanted to continue her career alongside being a mom. The transition back to work went smoothly.

The transition back to work following Harrison’s birth was a bit more difficult for Jane. Both Brett and Jane struggled with stressors related to health, lifestyle, and time management.

Deciding to make their health a priority allowed the couple to innovate and discover new solutions. This shift eased the transition after Max’s birth.

Using personal experience to enrich others

Only months after Jane and Brett’s wedding, Brett’s mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. She passed away six months later. Brett kept thinking back to his mom’s unhealthy lifestyle choices: poor nutrition, limited exercise and massive work stress.

This set the wheels in motion. Brett became committed to helping his family and anyone else who was willing to listen.

Armed with first hand experience from the loss of Brett’s mom and Jane’s personal navigation of a healthy work-home balance, they developed solutions they want to share.

Let learned experience inspire positivity.

Your children will thank you for the lessons you teach them on this journey. I wish my family had been more informed when it came to health and strengthening our family’s health. If they had been, I would have more family members alive today to see our beautiful children grow up and flourish.

We live in a cluttered, information-overloaded society.

I would like to provide those parents who are looking to get back to work clear & easy-to-follow tools to ensure they can adequately cope with the challenges of everyday parenthood.

Thoughts. Trauma. Toxins.

It all begins with a choice. I want to reach out to all parents looking to improve their lifestyle choices by providing insight into daily habits. I want to show them that it is possible to deeply enrich their lives. Committing to small adjustments will create long term reward.

Motivation comes from within and I am here to help you activate it.
